First time in years I’ve had to go in as I can’t get seen by my gp so I came here. The doctor I saw listened to me and was so helpful. Didn’t just give me painkillers and sent me away, he listened that I didn’t want a strong painkiller and gave me exercises and anti inflammatory so I can try move around more. He was amazing!

Dr Higgs-Bayliss is the first GP in a very long time that I felt listened to me and understood what I was saying.
It’s the first time a GP has felt relatable too.
My first face to face GP appointment at this Surgery and it’s the best move I ever made!
