I got seen straight away. Dr Patel listened to me, asked questions & explained what he wanted to do. This all happened within the week. Follow up after procedure was good he rang when he said he would & explained findings & going forward.

I was given a clear understanding of what he intended to do following our initial meeting. I was kept advised by him and the hospital staff as to what was required of me and in turn he and his support staff kept me informed.

I found Dr Patel to be professional, calm and measured in his approach. He is extremely efficient to the point where I would have valued a little more of his time but understand, especially in the current climate, that pressure is being applied everywhere. Nonetheless, I particularly appreciated his invitation to contact him if I was concerned in the future.
