Following surgery which I had recently, I have been very impressed with the responsiveness and the care received from the practice over the last couple of weeks and in particular from Dr Mcgilligan. Dr Mcgilligan took the time to listen to me. He was thoughtful and considered in his approach and I found it very reassuring. Thank you very much!

I have to be totally honest I never had any problem with seeing a doctor or receive a call from a Gp from my surgery. They have always been professional and understanding during COVID-19 I was quiet happy not to attend surgery because we weren’t vaccinated and nobody had a clear understanding of the virus . I’m a carer for my parents and I was happy with the help and information they received and so were they . Getting thru to making an appointment can be quiet challenging I have had the phone put down on me on more than one occasion. Waiting times to receive an appointment have improved

My 10-year-old daughter was seen by Dr McGilligan in an emergency appointment and I can not recommend him highly enough. He fully understood the nature of the issue, took the time to thoroughly examine her and listen to both of us and escalated appropriately as per needed. He is very personable and really cares about his patients. As a parent, I wish to thank him very much for the care he provided my daughter with.
