As soon as Dr John entered the room, I knew straight away that my son, Harry was going to be so well cared for and looked after. Dr John’s energy, warmth, and reassurance made everyone feel that (especially Harry) everything was going to be more than ok. Thank you so much Dr John, you are simply the best at what you do.

Dr Griffiths was lovely. He made me feel completely reassured as this was my first anaesthetic & operation. I would definitely recommend his services.

I was diagnosed with Barrett's oesophagus in 2016 and as a consequence require regular surveillance by oesophago-gastro-duodenoscopy. However, I have had a number of distressing endoscopies in recent years that have failed to get appropriate information to guide future management of my condition. I was overjoyed to be introduced to Dr Griffiths who could offer Propofol deep sedation (with anaesthetic support) during my most recent endoscopy, that also involved taking 12 biopsies from my oesophagus, stomach and duodenum. Dr Griffiths put me completely at ease and I was able to sleep through the procedure. I remained comfortable throughout and had no side effects from the sedation. I would highly recommend Dr Griffiths to anyone anxious about endoscopic surveillance.

When Dr Griffiths came to get me for my pre op assessment his friendly personality put me at ease. All through the assessment he explained what was happening and gave encouragement when i started to get tired. I asked many questions and he replied with great knowledge and reassurance which made me feel less stressed for my forthcoming procedure. He explained some of the risks and also some of the procedures which i was not aware of and gave me a timeline of what should be expected after the op. I felt very reassured after our discussions and my anxiety levels reduced greatly. Many thanks for this John, it's very much appreciated.
