I was referred for root extraction as my own dentist had tried 2 weeks ago but was only able to remove the crown. Reception staff were lovely and dentist explained everything in a calm manner

Sahra Jabbar at bricketwood dental practice was so wonderful at my wisdom tooth extraction. I was very, very anxious and got overwhelmed in the chair. Sahra was very patient and kind to me, as was the dental nurse supporting. The procedure after the local anaesthetic was given was over in less than a minute!

Great care and reassurance was shown as I was very nervous. Both the dentist and dental nurse commentated all the way through to reassure me of the noises and sensations I was feeling.

It was a good experience even though i was a bit scared the dentist was lovely and the experience went very nicely the whole thing from start to finish was exceptional. thankyou

I was a nervous wreck on entry to the surgery. The 2 ladies said they would look after me and they really did. Very informative of the procedure and what sounds I would hear. I was dreading the injection into the roof of my mouth but I hardly felt it. I could have hugged them both on the way out.
