Very good service overall, especially from my doctor Dr. Wijayaweera. Accessed via the patient portal, which was overall good. Some minor changes could be made to the website, particularly the site being well optimised for mobile - it is quite difficult to access the case notes section via mobile.

Great service. I was warned there was a long waiting list (approx. 1 year) but after many years of trying to go through the NHS, I was happy to wait. In the end, only took about 6 months to be seen. Dr Rojo was very friendly and made the process a lot less scary. I had to wait a few weeks after my assessment to start the titration. My ADHD Specialist, Sally, was very friendly and easy to talk to about the process and always responded quickly. I would highly recommend this service to people looking for diagnosis and titration.

The only negative feedback I have regarding this service is how long it took to be seen by a psychiatrist and nurse to start receiving my treatment and medication. Once seen, I was treated well by the doctor and nurse and had good and timely communication with both.

I was really impressed by and calmed by the process from the beginning through to the end, everything has been explained to me in great detail , backed up by notes on my private portal file. I have always been kept in the loop around any changes to my plan and medication in titration. The titration team and support team have been amazing and I always get an answer to any questions or concerns super quickly as well as having any medication changes explained in detail. The whole process has been made so easy and I'm so thankful for I cannot praise the service highly enough. They quite literally changed my life. They were always there through the process and this meant a lot- I wasn’t being medicated and left - they’ve made a big difference Thank you

My titration nurse was amazing! I have a lot of health issues and am rather complex medically so titration actually took about 3 years for me (that's definitely not the norm though). It was all about how i felt and what kind of improvement on my life they made, we played around with different medications, timings, top ups etc until we found the right mix and balance for me. I always felt listened to and validated by her, after so long i'm actually going to miss sending her messages from time to time! You can also tell how used to people with ADHD they are, all of our quirks and impulsiveness don't phase them at all.

This process has been very helpful and has been a lot more accommodating to my needs than expected. When I had a problem, it was handled effectively and adapted to the experiences I was having and it helped me to feel safe and comfortable throughout the process, especially when some side effects cropped up. I can't recommend this enough.

From the beginning of the process through to the end, everything has been explained to me in great detail and I was always kept in the loop around any changes to my plan and medication in titration. My initial appointment with Dr Jacek Krysztofiak was really nice, I was really nervous about the whole process and he made me feel so comfortable about it and the process was really easy from there on, even when discussing things that were a little bit upsetting to me. The titration team have been amazing and I always get an answer to any questions or concerns super quickly as well as having any medication changes explained in detail. The whole process has been made so easy and I'm so thankful for that!

Saw Dr Soumaya Nasser el din via a video appointment early in the morning. She was brilliant throughout the review and sympathetic to my answering of questions. Really responsive in issuing information and advice going forward. Would recommend her to anyone
