My experience with Psychiatry UK was very positive. Dr Dr Soumaya Nasser el din and the team were excellent and I would highly recommend their services to anyone.

The whole process from start to finish was prompt, and very clear at each stage. All those involved where extremely professional and knowledgeable.
I couldn’t be more happier with the overall outcome. This has been a life changing experience for me.

Psychiatry UK have been a fantastic service and have massively helped my son. He was seen and assessed very quickly and was started on medication within a few weeks. Sally Sweeney was his titration nurse and she was so kind and understanding, she always responded to any messages I had in super quick time. I would highly recommend this service to anyone who is looking for assessment and treatment for their child. My son was on NHS waiting lists for 18 months and there was no movement, when I contacted PUK he was seen and assessed within a few weeks (private patient). A big thank you to Sally and to his consultant for their ongoing support and care.

I am extremely happy with the service provided to me, from when my referral was first received through to the discharge of care to my GP. My Psychiatrist and Nurse were professional, respectful and made me feel at ease and supported through the whole process. I didn't feel rushed during my titration phase and any questions I posed for the nurse were answered promptly, thoroughly and honestly with my interests at heart. I would recommend this service to anyone and am very grateful that the team have enabled me to gain more control, organisation and calmness in my life.....well most of the time anyway! for the times when I need more support my nurse provided me with a wealth of online support suggestions. I cannot thank the team enough x

I had an appointment with Soumaya Nasser el din today. She was listened, was kind and compassionate and answered any further questions I had. A diagnosis has been very validating and answers a lot of questions I’ve had about myself.

Dr. Gupta was brilliant. She was approachable, professional, and well-versed in how to work with people in my situation politely and effectively.
My prescriber, Darren McCabe, was amazing! I honestly don't think I've ever felt quite so supported and listened to by a medical professional. He was always available at the touch of a button, and nothing was too much to ask. He went above and beyond, and I'll always be grateful. If you're reading this, "Thanks, Darren!!!".
I've already recommended PsychiatryUK to others because my experience from start to finish has been exceptional. The medication has been transformational. I've excelled and have been given an opportunity to turn my life around, and I consider myself very lucky and forever grateful!
