I have been under Sally Newport's care for over a year , and I cannot express enough how grateful I am for her exceptional care and support. From the very first appointment, Sally has been incredibly attentive, understanding, and knowledgeable about ADHD. She takes the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly explains treatment options, and works collaboratively with me to find the best solutions. Her compassionate approach makes me feel heard and respected, which is so important when managing a condition like ADHD. Sally is always responsive to my questions and adjusts my treatment plan as needed, ensuring that I receive the most effective care possible. Thanks to her dedication and expertise, I have seen significant improvements in my daily life and overall well-being. I highly recommend Sally to anyone seeking a caring and proficient prescriber.

Brilliant service! The GP referral via right to choose for an ADHD assessment was around 7 months ago, around 2022. My nurse prescriber, Ryan, was excellent. During the titration, their care and communication were fantastic. The titration was safe with continuous monitoring. I felt supported throughout this journey. I highly recommend Psychiatry UK.

From the start Psychiatric UK have been brilliant! From GP referral via right to choose for ADHD to online assessment with a psychiatrist was around 6 months which is amazing compared to NHS waiting lists!! Whilst under the care of the titration team their care and communication has been excellent, even after the first medication I tried didn’t agree with me they were able to change it with no issues at all, the slow increase and monitoring of doses is so reassuring as it’s quite an anxious time starting ADHD medication. 100% recommend going down this route for anyone needing diagnosis and treatment.

Hello, my experience was Dr Swarnkar was very difficult today and I do not feel comfortable seeing her again. I was asking normal questions and representing my experience and the Doctor was very judgemental and defensive without due cause.

My titration experience with Sally Newport was really lovely and effective. Even during a medication supply issue where my titration had to be placed on hold, communication with Sally remained clear and efficient with updates provided in a timely manner. Upon resuming titration, working with Sally was easy, she was attentive and open to ideas about trial dose combinations (slow release vs fast release to supplement) which allowed me to feel at ease about whether a dose was working well for me or not, and I felt comfortable sharing details of side effects or concerns throughout the process. Thank you Sally!

The care I received by Dr Werner Pretorius at Psychiatry-UK was very much appreciated. Dr P was thorough in making sure going down the medication route was safe and he was kind and patient. He was easy to talk to and his occasional humour enabled me to feel comfortable in sharing any concerns or questions. He was well prepared at our online consultations and very knowledgable about the symptoms I had coped with since childhood with ADHD. He helped me to understand better how to balance my circumstances as an older person having ADHD and providing full time care for my husband. In conclusion, I was delighted to have had a diagnosis and the care provided at Psychiatry UK.

For years I put off going through with an ADHD diagnosis, rang up my GP last year and was referred to Psychiatry-UK. Had my consultation a couple months afterwards and then put onto the titration waiting list. Titration started sooner than the stated waiting times which was great! Through the titration period, my prescriber (Not sure If I'm allowed to name on here) was absolutely brilliant, handled all my queries quickly and provided plenty of information. He allowed me to try multiple brands of medication as I felt the first couple weren't working as intended, and found one which worked best for me. My full experience from start to finish was really good, mostly due to having a great prescriber and now currently at the end of review stage. As someone who has been told multiple times since young that It was evident I shown many ADHD symptoms I never wanted to go through with getting diagnosed, but after finally doing It I cannot recommend it enough. The medication has genuinely changed my life for the better.

Unfortunately, I had issues with communication and being told times that were actually extended by 3/4 weeks and as someone with Autism as well, this was extremely overwhelming and distressing for myself. I did get my ADHD diagnosis but the admin side and communication and the overuse of bold, you must do this by this date was very overwhelming for myself.
