As good as the service was, I felt that there was a larger focus on the social anxiety that I experience whilst not addressing other things that I have been experiencing. I was hoping to take steps forward but I feel like I’ve gone backward, leaving me with more questions

Fantastic service - Elisa did a remarkable job guiding me through titration and providing full support every step of the way. She was very patient with me and listened to all my concerns. It was a pleasure working with her throughout the whole titration process to find the right medication and dosage required to give me the best therapeutic benefit for my ADHD symptoms.
Prescriptions were always issued in a timely manner and delivered very quickly to ensure I never ran out of medication.

Dr Hussain Riaz was wonderfully kind & flow of questioning was at an easy pace to follow. I felt validated & understood. The empathy he showed made me feel comfortable to speak & reiterated what I said back to me.
I feel so understood & seen, I felt very emotional & I'm so appreciative of the care & careful time reading over my notes & retaining important details. I can move forward more fully in my life & explain more clearly to the people around me what I'm feeling. Thank you so much, this is life changing.

I had a very good titration experience with Rebecca Salazar. My prescriptions were always issued quickly and all of my questions were answered swiftly and in detail. My patient feedback was always considered and as a result I was fully supported in finding the best medication type, dosage and timing for my condition. The final outcome was very successful.

The service was easy to use and they responded quickly. From being referred to being diagnosed and then throughout the titration period, they kept me informed consistently.
