With all the anxiousness building around the call and having some wild expectations of how the diagnoses would go, I can say what a brilliant experience it turned out to be. I was allowed to express myself and not feel like I was being pressured to give information that was out of a text book, but spoken to as human being. Mr.Maduwuba addressed the questions well and I was able to give the information he needed without going off too far into what I was saying. After answering the questions I had everything broken down to me on how the judgment is made. Using the information I provided, it ticked all the boxes and I could also clearly see why. I was given time to express my concerns and given a clear expectation of treatment and what would come after. Very pleased I chose this clinic and would recommend this for anyone suffering or feeling like they may have ADHD.

After dealing with several mental health services and psychiatrists over the years, never before have I felt so listened to. I was not dismissed, my symptoms were not downplayed and I felt very reassured. Dr. Neel Tambimuttu was professional and easy to open up to as he was willing to listen to me. I would recommend this service definitely.

Would've been on a waiting list for years if it wasn't for Psychiatry-UK. This was much speedy of a process compared to the NHS, and it felt good to know that I'd have help comparatively quick.

Communication was good, although waiting times were increased due to COVID I was kept well informed of delays.
My treatment and assessment was completed over the phone and via a web portal which was of great help and convenience.
Psychiatry-UK was awarded the iWantGreatCare certificate of excellence in 2024 for delivering outstanding care.
