Great communication through the portal and also via telephone. Everyone was kind and caring about the situation and even managed to bring forward my daughters assessment which was a great help. Thank you

I highly recommend Psychiatry UK and am so glad my Daughter recommended them to me. The NHS waiting list was 4 + years and I have been seen in the last 6 months and my original appoint was July but they managed to see me earlier without any prompting from me. Thank you all so much,

I was diagnosed with ADHD and ASD through Psychiatry UK. I found both my doctors to be very professinal, warm and supportive. I recieved excellent service and would highly recommend.

The process once started was easy to use and keep track of everything. Everyone I spoke to helped on every occasion and we’re always polite and courteous.the only thing that took a long time was starting on medication but this was probably due to covid however once started it was problem free and easy to navigate my medication always arrived problem free and on time . Would definitely recommend this service

The doctors, nurses and other support staff I interacted with were very friendly and helpful. I felt like I had a lot of input in my care and my progress on and reaction to my medication was regularly checked. Communication was prompt and staff would make sure that actions were taken in a timely manner.

From the very start of be referred to Psychiatry UK via the Right To Choose option for treatment of my already diagnosed ADHD I had battled for through the NHS the year previous was the best mental health service I have ever received and experienced in my 37 years on this planet . I was very fortunate I was referred via my local GP in December 2020 and managed to see a PUK psychiatrist within 7 weeks from referral date. The online support has been second to none, the medication that was given to me, the advice and constant support from my titration nurse who was only ever a message or phone call away was very reassuring , professional and supportive. Psychiatry UK really know their ADHD and how to treat their patients in a therapeutic and holistic manner. I am also very grateful to the support in finding out about ADHD and Right to Choose through the Facebook group ADHD Adults UK (ADHD/ADD) as pioneers and leaders in the UK support and treatment of ADHD. You people have completely changed my life, you've actually saved my life from being a very depressed and lost single mother to now a confident, achieving working woman is absolutely empowering and amazing. I have no better words to say other then thank you all so very much for this support, you are my lifeline and I 100% highly recommend Psychiatry UK to anyone who is struggling with their mental health for exemplary expert care and support .

My experience with Dr Khan was beyond anything I have ever had in terms of assesement and treatment. Dr Khan was so indepth with his knowledge and experience he left no stone unturned and his undersatnding was astonishing, he is by far the best doctor I have ever been a patient of and he is by far so easy to talk to on a level. I cannot thank him and psychiatry uk for everything they have done for me and i honestly reccomend this company to anyone. I never knew such a fantasitic level of treatment exsisted.

After a slight technical hiccup (their video call system only works on chrome browsers) all went well, and my experience has been very good, with special mention of the the titration pharmacist, who was an absolute star.
Psychiatry-UK was awarded the iWantGreatCare certificate of excellence in 2024 for delivering outstanding care.
