Psychiatry-UK don’t offer great ‘care’. They will get you in as a new patient and customer, take your money and eventually you will get your initial prescription. The care stops at that point. If you have significant issues with your medication after titration, they will listen to you and then tell you to wait 6+ months before you can change medication. Their advice at this point is to stop taking your medication - something which is a horrible solution with someone with severe ADHD. My only advice is that, if you are on titration, you should make sure you extend it as long as possible so you don’t end up in a situation like this. They will try to get you through so they can push more patients through, but do everything you can to stay on titration until you are 110% confident with your medication.
