Had interview with psychiatrist first who listened very carefully to my issues and worked out medication and care plan that suited me (rather than just treating every person the same which I have had in the past with another psychiatrist).
While using this service I was able to contact someone very easily and could get advice if things with the medication were strange and also very importantly they had no problem in reducing the strength of the medication I was prescribed when the side effects were too strong.
Highly recommended service.
