The whole experience was as easy and stress free as possible, the communication from customer service, my prescriber, and my doctor were all incredible and efficient.
My initial diagnosis call with my doctor, Dr Jovindah, was relaxed and really informative, Dr Jovindah made a clear diagnosis and took everything into account from my forms and video call.
My titration prescriber, Lorraine Forsythe was readily available whenever I needed, she gave me a comprehensive treatment plan and made sure to check in frequently with updates regularly, and weekly reviews.
Overall the whole experience has been super reassuring and as pleasant as can be given the reason for my referral, but the entire team at psychiatry uk have been amazing and are providing such a vital service!
