Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are pleased to hear that you have found it easy to work with our patient portal, and have received good care during your journey with P-UK. We have, however, also noted your comment regarding wait times. We recognise that many of our patients are having to wait longer than we would like and are taking every measure we can to try to bring our waiting times down. Like many other services across the UK, we are experiencing unprecedented demand for both autism and ADHD assessments. At the end of August we therefore took the decision to temporarily pause our RTC service to provide the additional capacity needed to be able to focus on delivering high-quality care to the patients already registered with us. We will be resuming our service as soon as our capacity opens up.
