I felt that I was well guided through the process of getting my ADHD Diagnosis and throughout the medicine review. It was much faster than going through my GP and I thought that the staff were very understanding and compassionate, which made it much easier for me to be open and ask questions when I needed to. Apart from one video call for the assessment, all communication was done online (which I much prefer) and the response times were brilliant! I have already recommended the service to others and would recommend them again in the future.
