Although the overall process was a bit slow due to the long backlog of referrals, I cannot fault Psychiatry UK for this, when I have gotten my Doctor who diagnosed me, Cristina, the process was swift and, yes there was a delay for titration (again I cannot fault Psychiatry UK for this), I was assigned a prescriber, Helen, and all questions or queries were answered and I feel the only delay I had was from my responses to the questions. Many thanks everybody at Psychiatry UK for this good experience.

Although we are doing everything we can to bring our wait times, we know that some of our patients are having to wait longer than we would like, due to the popularity of our service. It is good to learn that despite these delays, you had a good rapport with both your consultant and your prescriber, and that you feel satisfied that all your questions have been answered.
