Poor communication and drawn out titration process that I had to go through repeatedly, waiting up to months each time. I want to support this service as they genuinely helped me and many of the staff I engaged with were supportive. But their waiting times are ridiculous and because of this when the decision is made to titrate, it really ruins your mental health for about a year waiting on an uncertain queue time. I didn't want to titrate just because I moved GP, and a second time when I moved from private to public healthcare, as I was on a dosage that was working. Instead my access to medication was shut off, my anxiety skyrocketed and my professional life was impacted. I think they see too many patients and cannot provide a humane/professional service because of it.

Response from Psychiatry-UK

Thank you for writing a review to let us know about the issues you have experienced. Our service continues to be extremely popular, and we know that some of our patients are having to wait longer for treatment than we would like. We are continually working to try to reduce our wait times through an ongoing recruitment programme and regular audits to try to identify areas where we could streamline processes. As an online company, we are usually able to treat patients faster than through local NHS routes, however. We apologise that your experience with Psychiatry-UK has fallen short of your expectations, but it is good to hear that our service has at least been helpful to you in the long term. Thank you again for your feedback.
