I found that the online portal was a bit annoying to use at times due to the login not always working on mobile and some slight issues with updates, however it also felt secure which was comforting. The staff themselves were always nice and often responded quickly, apart from a period where I had issues with my notes not sending correctly. They even kept me up to date on when they were working so I could ensure I got my prescription before their holidays if need be.
