I have had a few appointments at this practice with Jo who is very caring, listens to your problems and explains throughly the treatment you will be having.
I have nothing but praise for this practice and wish them well for securing the new premises and for the future.

I attended three times with a back problem. The physiotherapist was very thorough undertaking a full initial examination which identified the problem. The treatment was gentle and I was also given some simple stretching exercises via a phone App. I was discharged after three visits. I could not have been better looked after. This is a very professional organisation that puts its patients first.

Thorough triage assessment. Friendly, professional staff. Remedial exercises to suit your individual requirements. Further sessions where necessary after consultation.
I would suggest that a bank of diagrams/ written descriptions for exercises to be done at home are available to prevent any misunderstanding/ forgetting of the exercise which may in turn result in the exercise being done incorrectly inhibiting progress.

I am very happy with the treatment provided by Karen for my long standing conditions. Thanks to her I have reduced pain which helps in my day-to-day activities and helps me sleep better. I also have increased movement in my upper body, particularly in my neck and shoulders which enables me to do things I would not otherwise be able to do.

This is a practice where patients are treated in a non-judgemental and caring atmosphere, and allowed time to discuss treatment in an unhurried way, which instills confidence.

I can't say enough good things about physio 3
I went and saw jo about my back, I was in extream pain and could hardly walk the pain was unbearable. The first time with jo helped me so much, and was 100% better after 1st session. After 4 sessions I was cured absolutely brilliant. Jo is very experienced and knows her stuff ,she was very friendly chatty and explained everything as went along.the place was clean and covid safe all masks and ppe worn. Jo gave me exercises to help and I have my own physio tools on laptop to help show me what to do. I can't rate jo enough, am so happy and would highly recommend jo if you have any problems that needs a physio. Thank you so much jo your amazing.
