I can't say enough good things about physio 3 I went and saw jo about my back, I was in extream pain and could hardly walk the pain was unbearable. The first time with jo helped me so much, and was 100% better after 1st session. After 4 sessions I was cured absolutely brilliant. Jo is very experienced and knows her stuff ,she was very friendly chatty and explained everything as went along.the place was clean and covid safe all masks and ppe worn. Jo gave me exercises to help and I have my own physio tools on laptop to help show me what to do. I can't rate jo enough, am so happy and would highly recommend jo if you have any problems that needs a physio. Thank you so much jo your amazing.
