Today I, an went for my third session with Jo, and i walked without much pain. over three weeks ago I CRAWLED into her treated room in agony. I was taking 8 Ibuprofen and 8 paracetamols daily, could not settle at night due the pain. today I don't take any Ibuprofen, and occasional paracetamol. Jo was very professional and kind, and a smile to greet me with every appointment.. Thank you very much..

Having spent a fortune on chiropractors and osteopaths Karen cured a long standing back problem in 3 sessions. She has also taken great care with my wife who has Alzheimers. She is extraordinary.

I came to see Jo a few months ago with lower back pain. She was very professional and really friendly. I had two sessions with her, involving her listening carefully , teaching me some exercises which she subsequently emailed to me, and giving me a back massage. After the two sessions, everything was back to normal and I have had no problems with my back since.
Highly recommended!
PS. Plenty of easy parking too.

I first came to see Jo, one of the therapists eight days ago. She was warm and friendly, helpful and professional. I felt listened to, and received excellent care and advice and was taught some exercises to do at home. I have just returned from a second appointment and am very happy with everything. Highly recommended.

i found the clinic to a standard i expected although curing my ills didn't happen which was not the clinic's fault but long standing from my point of view, i will return for further 'treatment' later in the year

I’ve been seeing Karen on and off for many years. She understands exactly what is needed, works her magic, gives excellent advice and never books additional appointments unnecessarily. I wholeheartedly recommend.

I cannot over emphasise how pleased I was to find Physio3 and the excellent treatment that I have received.
Delighted to recommend their services to anyone. The fact that their treatment rooms are located at a football stadium has the added benefit of huge parking area and very clear signage.

Having spoken to Karen on the phone about my son’s problem we were booked in and seen within 2 days. Karen explained the set up and where to wait at our appointment time.
The clinic was extremely clean and well equipped and our physio Jo, was knowledgeable, thorough, kind and helpful.
We had seen the GP the day before and had a referral made but the in depth assessment performed by Jo really helped us to understand what the potential issue could be and she provided a safe set of exercises for my son to perform at home in order to maintain and develop his mobility.
I am so pleased we kept the appointment despite being referred for investigation through the NHS because Jo will be able to support my son’s recovery along the way.

My husband and I are long standing patients of Karen Rick’s at Physio3 as we both have recurring back conditions. I cannot speak highly enough of the difference she makes to our lives and mine in particular. Whilst in ‘normal’ times I was seeing her monthly, during lockdown I managed on my own using the exercise regimen she gave me however, 4 weeks ago the discomfort became debilitating again and was affecting my mobility as well as my frame of mind. Now, after 4 sessions and continuing exercises at home , I am feeling so much better, moving freely again and back to myself. This Practice is truly excellent in the treatment, care and support it gives without generating reliance.
