My husband and I are long standing patients of Karen Rick’s at Physio3 as we both have recurring back conditions. I cannot speak highly enough of the difference she makes to our lives and mine in particular. Whilst in ‘normal’ times I was seeing her monthly, during lockdown I managed on my own using the exercise regimen she gave me however, 4 weeks ago the discomfort became debilitating again and was affecting my mobility as well as my frame of mind. Now, after 4 sessions and continuing exercises at home , I am feeling so much better, moving freely again and back to myself. This Practice is truly excellent in the treatment, care and support it gives without generating reliance.
