Everything went fine and I had a great survive until recovery. Then it was a nightmare. I was left with a nurse called [name removed] would like to complain about the way I was treated. I have been in this room waiting for my treatment and I have seen how other patients have been treated. I have been treated nothing like that when I came out of surgery .I was pressured to get changed straight when I came out though I was quite dizzy
I came out 2 45 and at 3 05 she said u can go now and when I argued that I just came out she said u have been here for ages then she checked the documents when I insisted. That's neglecance . For the record I was the only patient in the Room. Add to that I wasn't offered a survey. I insisted to have it as I have seen other patients offered that but not me I was just asked to leave 20 mind following my surgery. Nurses I have met until this phase were extraordinary

I have felt well looked after, understood and comforted by everybody I have met throughout. The only thing I was upset about was that the surgeon asked me why I was crying if I was sure of my decision, this was just before he performed my surgery which made me feel worse. On a more positive note, all the staff, from the receptionist, to the nurses were all so nice and friendly and made me feel comfortable at all times.

Hi and thank you for your feedback. I'm glad to see you were looked after well and we do have a great team in Manchester who will be pleased to receive your comments. The surgeon has a duty of care to ensure you are sure of your decision. If you were crying the question of your ambivalence about going through with your procedure would be of paramount importance. If the surgeon believes someone is unsure, he would stop the procedure immediately and rebook you after a further 24 hours. When he asked you if you were sure, this was absolutely the correct thing to do however, I'm so sorry if it upset you.

I felt like they was loving and caring the team reassured me that I was going to be okay because I as scared but they treated me lovely. Thank you very much for taking care of me

I felt supported and not judged. My choice of treatment was respected and the nurse who looked after me was kind and respectful at all times.
When I was scanned she was careful and kind and it made a difficult situation much easier
