It was a very difficult decision for me but one that was for the best for me and my one year old daughter. I was very nervous but all the staff I met were incredible and made a difficult day as pleasant as it possibly could be. Thank you for that.

The initial phone call the lady spoke so fast that I was unsure on my options she was really harsh on the phone but everything else after has been amazing everyone has been really helpful and informative

Very welcoming and lovely people, made me lovely and calm before the surgical operation. [name removed] in particular was extremely lovely and made me laugh :) very happy overall with the service.
