The literature sent to the house was very explanatory.
The staff were very friendly.
The surgeon exuded a lot confidence and friendliness. I wonder if the exposure of the genitals could be delayed until they were actually ready to proceed with the procedure.
Overall, staff did their best to treat me with dignity and respect and to lessen anxiety.

All staff members were caring, considerate and made me feel comfortable during my time here. They all were attentive to my needs with regular checkups. They remained professional yet approachable. I would recommend this service and clinic to any one who is going through a similar situation.
