The literature sent to the house was very explanatory. The staff were very friendly. The surgeon exuded a lot confidence and friendliness. I wonder if the exposure of the genitals could be delayed until they were actually ready to proceed with the procedure. Overall, staff did their best to treat me with dignity and respect and to lessen anxiety.
