All of the ladies were very caring and understanding.
Natalie in particular sat and spoke to me about my feelings and concerns and really helped to reassure me and put me at ease.
Kellie was also so lovely and helped me to feel comfortable before and after.
Going into the surgical room is very daunting, having so many faces in there at a vulnerable time. It really helped me having Helen there with a friendly face and very caring nature.

I was treated with immense respect and my privacy was protected well. The nurses and staff were considerate and professional and made a not so good experience as best as can be, the only issue was a minor waiting time but not that long at all
