All of the ladies were very caring and understanding. [name removed] in particular sat and spoke to me about my feelings and concerns and really helped to reassure me and put me at ease. [name removed] was also so lovely and helped me to feel comfortable before and after. Going into the surgical room is very daunting, having so many faces in there at a vulnerable time. It really helped me having [name removed] there with a friendly face and very caring nature.
