All of the nurses were attentive, approachable kind and warming, they also made me feel supported and well looked after.

Had an awful experience, after having the phone consultation I was told I would be treated on the day and given an appointment 2 days later, so when I arrive at my appointment I was called in for a scan, I was in a state and sobbing and the lady did not seem bothered at all, she was actually very rude, and was actually causing me discomfort when doing the scan. After the scan I waited around an hour to be called into a room to be told I cant be treated that day as I was 'asthmatic' I have never had asthma and never told anybody I have asthma either. So I was told I would have to return the next day, so another sleepless night. After receiving my treatment around a week later I was in absolute agony and could not move, I was passing so many clots and bleeding so heavily I was hospitalized, and have been in and out of hospital for the past 6 weeks since, 2 surgerys later and lots of courses of antibiotics later this whole experience is over. This has been the most traumatic 2 months of my life.

All staff were friendly and professional. Process could have been explained more in initial consultation.

Really lovely staff who I can't rate highly enough. This procedure was not something I was looking forward to but I was treated with respect and kindness. If anyone finds themselves in the situation I was in and needs a termination I can't rate Marie Stopes in Maidstone more highly. Thank you.
