Everything was explained in a very practical and clear way. The surgical team were kind and polite. The aftercare team were friendly and caring even after my outburst whilst coming out of the anaesthetic.

My experience at Maidstone today has been excellent, (despite the 2 hour delay and previous cancelled appointment due to the anesthesiologist calling in sick) all the staff have been very attentive, thorough and great communication. However a visit to the Essex clinic on Friday was not good. I waited 2 hours and got all the way onto the operating table before they told me I couldn't have it as my results were positive for Chlamydia. This was quite traumatic after a 2 hour drive and 2 hour wait then being on the table half naked, I just wish I was informed sooner.
