My experience at Maidstone today has been excellent, (despite the 2 hour delay and previous cancelled appointment due to the anesthesiologist calling in sick) all the staff have been very attentive, thorough and great communication. However a visit to the Essex clinic on Friday was not good. I waited 2 hours and got all the way onto the operating table before they told me I couldn't have it as my results were positive for Chlamydia. This was quite traumatic after a 2 hour drive and 2 hour wait then being on the table half naked, I just wish I was informed sooner.
