I could not be more grateful for the care I was given by a lovely nurse called [name removed].
She made me feel incredibly comfortable and at ease. [name removed] definitely made a not very nice situation easier and reassuring.

I was happy with the process and did not have any issues at least until the time of this survey.
The only issue was that they forgot to give me the appointment within the 24 hours mentioned during the phone consultation. I waited almost a week and then called directly. As I was not given a number to call, I need to go through the BPAS central booking, who gave the contact number. I was a bit nervous as I did not have an appointment scheduled and I was quite advanced in the pregnancy. When I called I got an appointment almost straight away, which was reliefing. After that, everything was fine.

So caring and easy to talk to. From all the nurses to the surgeon everyone went above and beyond for me and I appreciate them all.

I was really looked after and felt as though all of my requests were met with nomhesitation. Nurses and anaesthetist really calmed me down as I was quite scared.
