Share review of MSI Reproductive Choices - Essex Treatment Centre

I was happy with the process and did not have any issues at least until the time of this survey. The only issue was that they forgot to give me the appointment within the 24 hours mentioned during the phone consultation. I waited almost a week and then called directly. As I was not given a number to call, I need to go through the BPAS central booking, who gave the contact number. I was a bit nervous as I did not have an appointment scheduled and I was quite advanced in the pregnancy. When I called I got an appointment almost straight away, which was reliefing. After that, everything was fine.
