The staff were very understanding and respectful. The only problem I had was because my information was requested from my GP, I wasn't sure up until the last moment of my treatment was going to go ahead on the selected date and I had to chase to make sure all the data were received on time. Otherwise, I'm really grateful to staff for the level of care they provide.

I had lots of options to choose from about the whole experience and everyone was very supportive and listened to what I had to say and I wouldn't improve anything as everything was done very well and I felt very supportive.

Well organized...
Not sure about the radio background made me less anxious but sometimes the songs were annoying.
