The staff were very understanding and respectful. The only problem I had was because my information was requested from my GP, I wasn't sure up until the last moment of my treatment was going to go ahead on the selected date and I had to chase to make sure all the data were received on time. Otherwise, I'm really grateful to staff for the level of care they provide.
