Overall it was good,however was almost given an anti d injection when I didn't need it thank god [name removed] tested my blood again.lady who did my face to face consultation needs to be spoken too about her lack of care

Asides from my phonecall operator not explaining my options to me and assuming I wanted the pill, without explaining other methods... The actual staff at the Marie Stopes clinic were excellent and treated me with dignity and were very friendly.

Majority of staff were lovely and attentive. (9\10) only complaint is time waiting as it didn't help my anxiety, however I understand it's busy.
