Mr Shah listens to what you have to say. He is is very understanding and knowledgeable. He explained the operation clearly and the pros and cons. Most importantly the operations I had (total hip replacement and total knee replacement) were brilliantly executed. I could not be happier with outcome and would trust him implicitly to operate on me again. Indeed I will be hoping he will be available for my next replacement (probably my other hip).

My hip problems came on suddenly and for about 2 months I attended various clinics who kept telling me it was Bursitis. As a very active 75 year old business woman I needed to be on form. My husband all along was telling me to seek out a Doctor at the London Bridge who would really investigate the offending hip. As my husband had also had a hip replaced a few years ago with Mr. Dunn, now retired, I was referred to Mr. Shah. After Xrays and MRI scan I was told that my hip was so badly worn I would ultimately have to have a total hip replacement. This was a shock as for some reason I just never expected it. Anyway once I discussed it fully with Mr. Shah I was confident that he was the best person to do this for me. I can say that throughout all consultations with him he was caring and explained everything to me. This continued after the operation on Jan 22nd when I spent 5 days being taken care of by the excellent team at the London Bridge Hospital. I had never been in hospital before and not had an operation and so I was very dependent on Mr. Shah's support and that of my family who have been terrific. Within four weeks I walked without my crutches and even attended an evening function that I had to host at Olympia. I followed the exercises religiously and I think this and the 3 flights of stairs to my bedroom that I went up and down every day quickened my recovery. I was, at my last consultation with Mr. Shah Feb 16th, able to walk unaided into the hospital. We agreed that I was very keen to get better and back to work asap and that my attitude and determination was very strong. Everyone is different but I do know by being positive and with encouragement from Mr. Shah and my family I am walking around without pain. I know I must not overdo it and know when my leg tells me it has had enough then I rest. Thanks to Mr. Shah I am almost back to my normal self.

I was recently a patient of Mr Shah's due to a knee injury and I would highly recommend him. Throughout my initial consultations with him, the surgery, and then the follow up consultations, he was professional and patient with all of my concerns and many questions. One of the main things I appreciated was the fact that he kept me fully informed of all of my options with regards treatment of my injury and I felt completely comfortable in the knowledge that I had received the best advice and was acting on it. I appreciated him taking the time to speak with me post-op to reassure me that everything had gone well and to let me know he would provide full details of the surgery in our follow up consultation when I could better digest them - which he did. Everything has gone as he advised it would and I could not have asked for anything more for the treatment of my knee.

My THR surgery was in November 2017. 2 and half months after first appointment with Mr Zameer Shah. He looks for me as very professional surgeron. We have quite short conversation before and after surgery but I know from it what I want to know. And I don't ask to many questions due read a lot about this type of surgery. What I ask he answer me very clearly. My surgery was go smooth in my opinion. I have been walk on day two. My scar is very good healing and look no bad at all- professional hands. Now in February 2018 I almost forgot that I have any surgery. I'm so thankful for Mr Zameer Shah, he give me my normal life back. Thank you. Five stars.
