He took the time to clearly explain my condition, the available treatment options, and the recommended course of action, which gave me confidence in proceeding with surgery. The procedure itself went smoothly and in line with what he had outlined beforehand. Throughout my recovery, Mr. Patel and his team provided excellent postoperative care and support. In particular, when I experienced unexpected bleeding following the procedure, they were readily available to guide me and ensure that I received the appropriate attention and treatment.
