From start to finish I was made to feel very comfortable in Simon Ellis’s company. He explained everything in layman’s terms and talked through my options with me to come to a decision re my surgery. I have total confidence in him.

My right knee was replaced by Mr Simon Ellis in February 2019 and from the first appointment I had total confidence in his calm and gentle manner. He explained my options and I chose total replacement of both knees. The first knee was a total success and I am back to walking standing upright and without pain in that knee, the second operation has just been carried out and whilst it is early days yet all seems to be going well and I look forward to full recovery of that knee and further improvement in my pain free walking ability. The Spire Alexander have an excellent Team looking after you and nothing was too much trouble.
Mr Ellis was recommended to me and I travelled from Cornwall for both operations, definitely worth the journey.

I went to see Mr Ellis following a NHS appointment where I was bombarded with information. Mr Ellis took the time to explain the options and even more than that advised that certain options were not really for me. Although I went in a little later than my appointment I was apologised to first off. I was greeted with a smile and I was made to feel important.
I would truly recommend Mr Ellis
