Mr Ellis as well as being a very pleasant person will listen to you and inspires confidence. Having a knee replacement for me was painful but Mr. Ellis tells you like it is and I knew what to expect. Also he always took the time to enquire after my husbands health which is surprising with all patients and families he must see

Thank you very much for your kind review. For every patient surgery is a life event and knowing one's family circumstances is really important for support and assistance after surgery. I am really pleased you felt so well cared for. With kind regards Simon Ellis

Simon Ellis conveys confidence and understands that the medical matters that he and his professional colleagues handle on a daily basis are rare and personal to his individual patients having an operation. In consequence he goes out of his way to ensure that everything is explained, and understood .No Questions are too trivial for him to answer ,and he creates the confidence of a friendly relationship rather than that of a surgeon and patient. Many thanks for your care, all greatly appreciated.

Simon Ellis is a fabulous doctor/surgeon. He is great at explaining everything so you fully understand everything. He makes you feel at ease and is very approachable. I hope that when my knee does need replacing, I am able to see him again

The first consultation I had with Mr Ellis, I found him extremely pleasant and informative regarding my knee replacement. I have had many operations in the past at various hospitals and explained to Mr Ellis my fear with waiting to go to theatre. He was so accommodating, and said he would put me first on his list. I was. He came to see later on in the day and informed me that everything went well. Mr Ellis is very helpful with anything you would like to know, and nothing was too much trouble
