I felt that I had the best possible care. Mr Ellis and the team were excellent! I have now had two post op appointments and I have recovered well so I have now been discharged!

I was fortunate enough to be refer to Mr Simon Ellis for total knee replacement surgery. In the past I have had a fear of hospitals but no more (as long as it is KIMS!). Mr Ellis explained everything to me and gave me complete confidence. My advice to anyone needing knee surgery would be ‘listen to Mr Ellis and do as he says; he knows what he is talking about! Thank you for making my life easier again!

I cannot thanks Mr Ellis enough for his care and attention to my issue. He is always attentive, professional and empathetic and inspires trust (in all patients, I would expect). Following X-ray and scan on my knee, he explained my problem fully and advised his plan of action. The operation was successful and I am well on byway to a full recovery (and a knee that is in better condition than it has been for years!).
I would fully recommend Mr Ellis to anyone who asked.

I feel very lucky to have had such a great man treating me. I cannot explain how grateful I am for making something I was really worried about, so much easier for me. He’s just a truly great person. And I cannot thank him enough for his treatment of me.
I went in for ACL reconstruction, but turns out having opened my knee up, that i didn’t need it. And he acted accordingly. He’s a true professional, and his level of care and approach to his work is incredible. You can tell he loves improving people’s health and lives.
Not all heroes wear capes!!
