Dr Ellis carried out knee surgery on my father in early January. My father described him as a "true gent" and his care whilst at Spire hospital was outstanding. At the time of the staples being removed the nurse was not happy with the wound and suggested we see dr Ellis asap. With in half an hour of leaving a message with dr Ellis's secretary we recieved a call from Dr Ellis asking us to go back to the hospital straight away. It turned out on examination the wound was infact clean and healthy but dr Ellis spent time out at the end of his day to see us. We cannot thank him enough for his time, friendly manner and expertise. A "true gentleman" !
