I would like to thank Mr. Ellis for my new knee. Before I went into the One Ashford Hospital I knew I would be in very good hands. He is very easy to talk to and I felt immediately at ease when I first saw him with my very painful knee. We travelled from Bromley and it was worth the journey to know every thing was going to turn out well. During my follow up visit last week I told him that I was now able to walk without pain which after putting up with so much pain over the previous months before seeing Mr. Ellis was wonderful. I sincerely hope that I do not have to have a replacement operation on the other knee in time, but if the situation occurred then I would definitely return to see Mr. Ellis. Many thanks to him again.

Very friendly, easy to talk to and listens. He dealt with a problem on my left knee and am more than happy that I have asked him to look into a problem in my right knee.

I was privileged to have Mr Ellis to do my Knee replacement operation he gave me such confidence ,and care, in explaining exactly what was to happen. It was encouraging to have him call into the ward after recovery to say all went well.

Everything was explained clearly about my procedure, he even phoned my wife when I was in recovery to let her know everything went as planned.

Thank you very much for this review. Surgery is a life event for every patient so clear explanation is paramount. As a relative there is nothing worse than waiting to hear that all is ok following surgery hence the phone call. I wish you a rapid recovery. With kind regards Simon Ellis
