I found Mr Ellis to be very informative, kind and reassuring. I would have no hesitation in recommending him or (if the need arose) to use him again. He listened to me and my husband and we both felt he wished to do the best for me. Having a knee replacement is a big operation and he and his team treated me with the utmost respect but were friendly and informal too
