Genuinely, very friendly guy, put me at ease regarding my surgery and what would be involved! Genuinely LISTENED to what I was saying, was patient in explaining medical terms that I didnt understand. Patient in questions I was asking regarding my treatment and what will happen moving forward after I have had my surgery.
