After rupturing my ACL, I went to Mr Ellis in September on recommendations from my physio and a friend who he had previously treated for a knee condition. I have not been disappointed. After an initial consultation, where the implications and options available were comprehensively explained, I was unable to attend my second consultation due to a flight cancellation the day before. Mr Ellis took the trouble to personally call me in Portugal and rearrange his busy schedule to fit me in a couple of days later. This enabled him to perform my ACL reconstruction on Monday this week, which was at the most convenient time for me. Reading the other reviews, this personal intervention seems typical of the bespoke service that he provides for his patients.
