Every interaction with Mr Ellis was professional and friendly from the initial consultation after being referred to the hospital by my insurance. He communicated clearly and with empathy which put me at ease, his attitude showed he wanted to do everything within his ability to help me throughout the process, from consultant through to having my surgery. I felt totally at ease in his care.
