Having had arthroscopy operations several years ago done by Mr. Ellis I realised the time had come for more serious investigation with left knee becoming more painful
and needing buggy to play a round of golf!!!
Had consultation and scan and Mr Ellis recommended total knee replacement to left knee.
Operation booked at Kim's Hospital under NHS system last week ( July 10 ). Great facilities at Kim's and very helpful caring staff in every department.
Operation went well and Mr Ellis,s positive attitude at every step helped my recovery.
Now 3 days back home and am now using a walking stick having put away the crutches .I am positive that the excercise regime recommended before the operation helped and have carried on with these at home.
