I met with Mr Ellis last week because I had sustained an injury to my left knee. He is an extremely pleasant gentleman who put me at ease immediately. He asked relevant questions to ascertain details of my injury and listened to my concerns. Following a thorough examination of my knee he explained, and demonstrated to me very clearly, the damage I had sustained and that my knee would fully recover with the aid of a knee brace and physiotherapy.
